Are Smartphones Essential for Kids?

Smartphone Technology is here now and it’s essential for the future. Insures much of education and learning process.

It’s possible, you forgot your school device and remembered that you brought your phone to school. You can use the internet to do some research or search something up possibly “What is the last step to write a story?” You can watch videos as well.“ How to do the standard way to do division?”

If there is an emergency when parents are not around? What will you do? Last year I went to a picnic with my family I was playing with my cousin in the playground. My mom told me “We are going to walk with your dad. Brandon is going to watch you”. I was so into playing I heard just mumbling from my mom. I was still playing with my cousin, my brother Brandon heard ice cream cart coming his way. While I was in the playground I noticed Brandon was gone. I was lost. I got my phone called him. He didn’t answer I called him one more time he answered. I asked him where he was. We eventually find each other.You never know what’s going to happen perhaps you could get hurt or even get abducted!

The cellphone is meant for calling. Smartphones do many more stuff than an ordinary cellphone would. When your family and friends are not around and you’re a distance away, perhaps you want to say “How is Leo doing.” or “There is a business meeting at my house”. When my dad was in England to visit my grandma I contacted him in different way like Calling, Texting, and Video Chatting.

Smartphones are very essential for children because many kids will not missing their devices for educational reasons, emergencies, and distanced calls. If you see a kid over 10-years-old that doesn’t have a smartphone, ask their parents to get them one. Tell your parents to talk to there parents to convince them to buy the kid a smartphone. Perhaps, kids should convince their parents to get a smartphone.

Mice are my favorite rodent. The reason why I like mice is because they remind me of Jerry in Tom and Jerry. Mice are very intelligent and vocal. There are a lot of different types of mice like House mouse, Deer mouse, and C.A mouse. House Mice are like Jerry. They live in a little hole on a wall. They have excellent Hearing, Vision, Touch, Smell. The scientific name of house mice are called Mus Musculus witch means “Little Thief”. The life span of a House Mouse is 1-2 years. There more slender then other mice. Deer Mice are genus. Deer Mice scientific name is a Peromyscus. The average house mouse is about 65.0 to 95.0 mm. People usually use Deer Mice for laboratory experiments. They weigh about 12-24 grams. There body is a little bigger than the House mice. There usually light brown on top and white on the bottom. There feces contain disease’s like hantavirus. There about 119 to 222 mm long. The deer mice has a slender body. Deer Mouses are usually found in tropical habitats. Wild California Mouse typical life span of 9-18 months. Average captivity California mouse life span is 5.5. They are scansorial, social, terricolous, sedentary. There scientific name is Peromyscus californicus. They eat insects as animals and for the plant food they eat leaves, seeds, grains, nuts, flowers, and fruit. Click the link in

If I Were 18 …

If I were 18 and if I had 3 weeks off for a break I will travel the world. I’ll go to Iran and Russia then Cuba. To visit family that I never met before that lives in Iran. First I will pay for the ticket a week before I go. The plane ticket will cost $1200 each person for a plane ride to Iran. It will cost $2800 for a ride to Russia. The plane ride for Cuba will cost $2000. I will pack cloth, Backpack, Phone, Luggage. I will go with my family Father, Mother, Brother, 2 Dogs. I will go to Iran first. My father knows how to speak farsi so he’s going to help us out a little bit. My budget for Iran is $4000. I’m going to buy a souvenir and Take a family photo but, first i’m going to go to a hotel called the Persian Evin Hotel for a week witch cost $600 for 4 rooms. That means I have $3400 left. The souvenir that i’m going to get is the Persian carpets that are $2000. That means I have $1400. It’s been 4 days and I want to do something that involves with action. I was thinking to go ziplining with my family for 2 hours. The ziplining cost $300 for the whole family. It’s time to go to Russia. My budget for Russian is $3400. The price was $3000 but I still have $400 dollars from Iran. The plane ride was 4 hours long. My family are going to the Russian Museum, After we found a hotel. The Hotel Metropol Moscow witch cost $2000 for 4 people room. That means I have $1400 left. We went to the 5 star restaurant called Bolshoy. Were going to sky dive at Aerograd Kolomna witch cost $1200 for everyone. Its Cuba Time! My mom know how to speak spanish she is also going to help us out. My budget is $4200 (Plus money from Russia). It took 2 days to find a hotel The Cayo Largo because we landed in the other side of Cuba. We rented a Honda Odyssey 2004 to in for a night. My dad was sleeping in the trunk. My mom is sleeping on the passenger seat. My brother is sleeping behind my mom. I sleep on the other side of my brother. The hotel cost $3000 for 4 rooms. After couple day we got bored so we desided to go scuba diving. As we went down I saw a Clown fish and a jelly fish. My brother saw a turtle and a clam. Mom saw a dolphin and shrimp. Dad saw a lobster and a whale shark. It’s time to go home. I had an amazing adventure traveling the world with my family. There are stuff I did’nt know exist.

Ball Games

I pick a game called Vasati. Vasati is a Persian – American game. Vasati is not a sport its just a game that for fun. Its like dodge ball but a little bit different. You have two teams that are at the sides and one in the middle. The teams in the side are trying to throw the ball to the people in the middle so they can get them out. When they get out they wait in a line where the middle people wait to cheer on for the people to get you back in by the people that are in the middle are going to catch the ball when it doesn’t touch the ground. You win when all the people in the middle are out. I played this game at a park with my family and friend I had a great day. I felt closer to my family and friends.

There is an other none sport game called Chistales. You need 2 or more players to play the game. You draw a triangle with chalk or marker. Then you will draw a line three feet away from the triangle. Each player will place a marble inside the triangle. Then you wait for your turn behind the line. Once your next will roll the marble to try to move the marble out of the triangle. If you are in marble that you rolled is in the triangle and if someone hits your marble out of the triangle your eliminated. You win by who has the most marbles that they got out.

Zipping Through The Line

My favorite thing to do is Zip lining.

The thing why I like to zip line is because ever since I was toddler I always wanted to fly (besides a plane). Zip lining is like flying but with a line. The great thing about zip lining is the view of the mountains and how high you are. It’s a great and fun way to overcome the fear of heights. It makes me feel brave like flying like a bird.

Its a great way to interact and gets you closer to nature because zip lining is a mountain sport. It’s a sport where there is no motor,oil, and gas. It’s common in South America. I’m going to tell you the first time I zip lined. I went to a zip lining at Skull Canyon in Corona. It was a beautiful day. It was blue sky at noon when we got there.

I was going to zip line with my brother Brandon. I got ready with the equipment that we need to zip line. We hiked up to the top of mountain which took 10 minutes. When I went through the first line I panicked. I panicked so much I yelled out “I am Groot” because Groot is a tree and when I panic I stay straight and yell out.The people with me laughed like crazy. After the first line I said to myself “It wasn’t so bad it was fun”. Then I rode 5 other Zip lines.

Activity 4 My International Event

Sports Day by Yashar

My international event is called Sports Day. Sports Day a day where you play sports you have never played before, like for me I swim for a sport and for Sports Day I will play any other sport. Starts November,21 at Orange County. You don’t have to be good at a sport you just play the sport that you want to play. The reason why I picked Sports Day is some people don’t exepted to your favorite sport because your not good at it.
