When I come back from my trip, I would tell my friends the whole story about my journey. This is what I would say, ”I have missed you so much, I had a lot of fun on my trip!” ”While I was on the plane I looked out the window and just stared at the clouds.” ”I heard that there was going to be a turbulence. I got really scared because that has never happened before but I tried to calm down by breathing in and out. After about 10 minutes nothing happened so I stood up and asked the flight attendant when the turbulence was going to start just so I could be ready. She said that they made a mistake and we weren’t going to have one. I was so realived because I was really scared. I just said, ”Thank you.” to the flight attendant and went back to my seat.

After a while I was really tired so I just went to sleep. When I woke up I saw this beautiful country as I looked out the window. I saw beautiful towers and lakes and everything, it was like I was in a dream. As I was waking up I heard we were landing, I was really excited because I was in the plane for 9 to 10 hours and was really bored. When we landed I got my bags and rushed outside to France. I was planning to stay there for 5 months so I needed to get a job but first I went to my hotel room.

After a while I went to explore Paris, France, I went walking to this restaurant across the street from my hotel. It looked very different from CA but I got used to it. I kept looking for a job or even jobs because I didn’t have enough money to stay there for 5 months. 1 week past and I finally got a job I was so happy because I was almost running out of money. 4 months had passed, I lost my job but soon got another one. I had one month left in Paris, France so I decided to fly to another country. I did have enough money to pay for another flight because I saved some from my job. I wanted to go to Italy because I heard it was a beautiful place and because it only took about 2 hours to get there. When I was on the plane I just read a book because it was going to be a fast flight. It was also as beautiful as France, so I stayed there for 1 month then left back home. But that month was the best month ever. The food was delicious, the stores, the…… everything was awesome.

Chinese Checkers is actully not a version of chess nor from China or Asia. It was actully made in Germany. Where it was originally called Stern- Halma. The name ” Chinese Checkers ” was originated by Bill and Jack Pressman . The “Stern” refers to the star shape on the board.

Chinese Checkers was invented in 1892. It was brought to America in 1928 by two men. It still exists in the 21st century but it has changed a little. Normally it takes about 10 to 30 minutes to play and finish the game. You can play with up to 2, 4 or even 6 people in Chinese Checkers.

I actully had a hard time finding why Chinese Checkers was invented. But I think one reason is because Chinese people maybe wanted a type of game like checkers. I think that is the only reason I could find and think of. Like I said the internet wasn’t helping me but I will try to find out more.

There are different types of dolphins. There are 4 different kind of river dolphins but there are 36 different kind of species of dolphins in the world. A porpoise is part of the dolphin family. A Killer Whale and an Orca are also part of the dolphin family like the porpoise. Baby dolphins are called calves and the female adults are called cows. The male adults are bulls but they are a pod if they travel together in a group.

Dolphins make different kinds of sounds. Those sounds can travel very far. They click and the click is used for echolocation they also whistle and that is used for communication. The last thing they do is make burst-pulsed sounds which is also for communication. The way they make those sounds are by using a special part of their anatomy called nasal air sacs.

The food that dolphins eat is very different for each species. For example smaller dolphins eat fish, cod, mackerel and maybe squid. Larger types of dolphins eat larger fish like marine mammals ( seals, sea lions and sometimes even turtles.) Dolphins normally eat between 10 Kg to 25 Kg of fish every day. Some species of dolphins catch the larger fish by hitting them with their tails to stun them.    What is the name of the special part of the anatomy?

Can you guess what the celebration is……….It is Christmas!

Christmas is a global holiday because in other countries they celebrate that too but its not called Christmas. They use other names for it.

 

Once there was a beach and every time it was midnight, a tsunami occurred. One time there was this couple and they went to the beach. They spent the night in a hotel close to beach and in the middle of the night, they were watching T.V. Then suddenly they saw this huge wave coming towards their room.
